While the kitchen runs all day, the big rush is after 9 PM — the post-bar, post-club crowd rolling up to the window for mesquite-grilled tacos when most kitchens have long closed. Open until 3 AM every night, and 4 AM Thursday through Saturday, we’re one of the few places in the Entertainment District grilling fresh past bar close.
