For your security, we do not keep or store your Credit Card Information after your purchase transaction is completed unless you elect to create a profile containing your Credit Card Information. We only use your Credit Card Information as necessary to complete your purchase transactions.

Most surveys we conduct will be anonymous and not request your personal information. However, at times, you may have to register to vote or to take part in a survey. All survey participation is, of course, voluntary, and you will be able to decide the information you provide.
Use/Sharing of Information
We may use aggregated data (independent of any personal identifiers) for our own research and commercial purposes. This information includes what areas/features our users visit most frequently. We use this information to improve our Site.
We use your personal information in order to provide our services to you, to complete transactions you request, and to send communications and information to you regarding our Site, our restaurants and any special offers we think may be of interest to you.

We store and process personal information on servers and computers a third party controls in the U.S. who uses reasonable technical and administrative security measures designed to reduce the risks of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure and alteration. Some of the safeguards used are firewalls and data encryption, physical access controls to data centers, and information access authorization controls. While reasonable security measures have been implemented, please keep in mind that “perfect security” does not exist on the Internet and no transmission of information is guaranteed to be completely secure. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise data security. You acknowledge and agree to assume this risk when communicating with us. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of any member name and password you may use in connection with the features of our Site. If you believe that your account information is being used in an unauthorized fashion, you must contact us immediately.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 years of age (“Minors”), except as permitted by law. We are committed to protecting Minors’ privacy online and meeting the requirements of the federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. We do not publish names, ages, or images of contest winners under 13 without first receiving parental or guardian consent.
Online Tracking and Behavioral Advertising
We do not honor browser requests not to be tracked.
You may, however, opt-out of the collection of web viewing data over time and across unaffiliated website by Google and many third-party ad networks, including those operated by members of the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”) and the Digital Advertising Alliance (“DAA”). For more information regarding this practice by NAI members and DAA members, and your choices regarding having this information used by these companies, including how to opt-out of third-party ad networks operated by NAI and DAA members, please visit their respective websites: www.networkadvertising.org/optout_nonpPersonal Information.asp (NAI) and www.aboutads.info/choices (DAA).
Opting out of one or more NAI member or DAA member networks (many of which will be the same) only means that those members no longer will deliver targeted content or ads to you. It does not mean you will no longer receive any targeted content or ads on our website or other websites. You may continue to receive advertisements, for example, based on the particular website that you are viewing. Also, if your browsers are configured to reject cookies when you visit this opt-out page, or you subsequently erase your cookies, use a different computer or change web browsers, your NAI or DAA opt-out may no longer be effective. Additional information is available on NAI’s and DAA’s websites accessible by the above links.
