Group orders for 10+, full taco bars for 15 to 55, and combined packages for 100 to 200+ guests. About 90 minutes from our Happy Valley store up the I-17 and AZ-69. Office lunches on the courthouse square, Yavapai College and Embry-Riddle events, weddings and reunions at Watson Lake and Lynx Lake, and family parties in Prescott Valley, Chino Valley, and Dewey-Humboldt. Give us 48 hours’ notice so we can schedule the drive.
Sedona, Cottonwood & the Verde Valley
About two hours from Happy Valley on the I-17 and AZ-179. Rehearsal dinners and welcome parties at vacation rentals, retreat and conference groups, winery and tasting-room events in Cornville and Page Springs, and company offsites in Cottonwood and Camp Verde.
Payson & the Rim Country
About 90 minutes from our Mayo Blvd or East Mesa store up the Beeline (AZ-87). Cabin weekends, family reunions, rodeo week, Star Valley and Pine–Strawberry get-togethers, and company retreats in the pines.
Flagstaff
About two and a half hours up the I-17. NAU department events, conference and retreat groups, and big family weekends. We plan these as early-morning departures so the food is fresh for lunch.

Under an hour from our Val Vista and Gilbert Rd stores. Plant and warehouse shift meals, Central Arizona College events, and neighborhood parties — same 24-hour lead time as the Valley.

Family Meals $39.99 — each 1 lb feeds 3–4 (barbacoa +$9, steak +$5, mix & match +$5), with your choice of side, 4 fresh toppings, and 2 house sauces. It’s the smaller-gathering option that’s still order-online easy.
How Out-of-Town Catering Works
Tell us the town, the headcount, and the date in the quote form or at (602) 900-1805. We quote the taco bar and the travel together — one number, no surprises — and confirm a delivery window. On the day, we grill at the closest store, pack everything hot in insulated carriers, drive it up, and set up the full spread on arrival: proteins, rice and beans, toppings, salsas, tortillas, and serving ware. For events over about two hours away we schedule an early departure so lunch is fresh. Full taco bars with delivery and setup need 24 hours inside the Valley and 48 hours for out-of-town events; call for anything sooner and we’ll do our best. Catering inside the Phoenix metro?
